It can be so satisfying to purge old, unused clothes, knick-knacks and junk. Freeing yourself of all that clutter can make you feel like a brand new person, inspired to live your best life.
Stale, worn-out thoughts and ideas can clutter your mind just as much as physical stuff does to your home.
The best thing you can do is clear the clutter as often as possible, and purge the junk that no longer serves your best interest. Whether it’s old sweaters or old thoughts, know that you don’t have to hold onto them.
Once you liberate yourself of expired possessions and outdated ideas, you will feel so refreshed and free.
