There are times when you want to give up.

There are times when it can be so frustrating you just want to cry or scream or throw something.

Frustration is painful, but it’s also a great teacher.

It’s such a strong emotion because it is telling you that you are pushing too hard.

The next time you feel frustration choose not to get caught up in the bad feeling, but instead notice why you’re feeling it.

Become aware of what you’re doing and what thoughts you’re thinking in that moment.

From that awareness you can see if there is a different choice you could make for the situation.
