When your thoughts and actions are in alignment with your heart’s desire, achieving it feels like no effort at all.
There’s just so many things that are distracting us, or stressing us, or irritating us in the world now, that it’s become a struggle to maintain that alignment.
But alignment is the key.
So it’s important to find a way to not be so distracted and stressed and irritated.
This is why meditation is promoted so heavily in the wellness and spirituality field.
Meditation helps train you to detach from all of those distractions.
When you can do that, and with that bit of space you create for yourself, you can easily find your way back into alignment with your thoughts and your intentions.
