Trust the energy. If something doesn’t feel right, don’t ignore that feeling.
If it feels like a struggle when interacting with someone, pay attention and find out what that strained feeling is telling you. Maybe it’s a warning to avoid that person. Or perhaps it’s indicating that this person is a perfect teacher for you to address an unconscious bias you may have. Perhaps you’re judging this person, and the uncomfortable feeling in that relationship is being caused by you.
If you pay attention to what the energy, or vibe is saying, you’ll learn that it can help you to quickly find your way back to a sense of ease and joy.
