If you truly want to know the reason for the state of your life, look towards your everyday habits.
It isn’t because of some overbearing overlord, or an invisible power like destiny or fate.
It is simply the culmination of your mundane, and oh, so small, everyday habits.
Like how you wake up. How much water you drink. What you drink instead of water. The food you choose or don’t choose to eat. If you participate in gossip, or in practicing gratitude. If you get worked up in screaming anger at traffic, or choose conscience breathing instead.
These choices, turned into everyday habits, create the life you are living.
How wonderful it is to realize that if you don’t like something, you can choose to form a new habit.
