Having insight is having a deep understanding of a person or a thing, and especially of yourself.

And the word “insight” itself sums this up perfectly: in – sight.

In other words, you’re viewing what is inside.

What is inside, beneath all facades and at the heart of a person or thing, is what is most important.

Understanding the heart of something is truly understanding.

Strive for having insight.
