Who we are ultimately comes down to our habits. What we habitually do and habitually think determines what our personality becomes.
The good news about this, is that habits are formed by us, and if a habit isn’t serving us, we can change it.
We can change our habits by adopting new habits in their place.
So, think about the person you want to be. Think about what that ideal person does, and how that person thinks, and then start forming the habits of those actions.
