Introspection

To grow as a person, it’s important to take time and reflect on who you are inside.

With introspection comes personal growth, and that plus experience, leads to wisdom.

Yet, for some reason or another, most of us do the opposite. We busy ourselves with all sorts of outside distractions.

Focusing too much on what’s going on out there, will only prevent you from growing and even healing whatever mental anguish that you’re trying to avoid with all of those distractions.

It’s not always the easiest thing to do, but taking time for introspection can be extremely rewarding and effective.
