The formula for manifesting anything in your life, is to clearly think about what you want to manifest and then harmoniously feel the feeling of it happening.
Your thoughts and feelings need to be in harmony as you get clear about the goal.
The best way to do this is to clear out and quiet all of the noise your mind. The noise can best be cleared out by learning to meditate.
Meditation is simply focusing your mind.
With that focus, you can clear out the noise, and allow manifestation.
