Every chance you can, ask yourself if you are aware of the present moment. Just by simply asking if you’re aware, you’ll realize that you are.

That’s how you can ensure that you’re participating in your life, rather than letting it pass you by.

Because if you ask anyone who is lucky enough to be “old,” they’ll let you know just how quickly it all goes.
