When there are so many thoughts racing through your head that you feel overwhelmed and overpowered by them, then the best thing you can do, is move your body. Get into some sort of physical action.
You’ve been stuck in your head. You’ve been neglecting your body. And you need to balance both of those aspects of yourself.
It’s a wonderful gift to be able to think yourself through whatever scenario life throws at you. But you can’t stay with thoughts alone.
You’re more than just a brain. You are a physical being, and you need to move it, or lose it.
