A joyful life comes from living light and free of grudges. A joyful life is filled with easy laughter and forgiveness. A joyful life is a delight, and it can be attained.
As it happens, I believe that it’s natural to be joyous, that’s why it comes so easily to children. It’s when we bog ourselves down with thoughts of worry, guilt, anger and vengeance that joy seems like such a far reach.
All of those heavy thoughts are actually always going to be a part of our lives. We just need to be ready to release them and not let them hang around too long, so we can quickly and easily get back to living a naturally joyful life.
