Focus on what you want in your life. That’s the way to get it.
This sounds simple enough in theory, but it’s actually not so easy to pull off in practice.
Just notice your thoughts for an afternoon, and you’ll realize that they are mostly about what you don’t want.
But all is not lost. The key is to see these thoughts you have about what you don’t want, and then figure out what it is you do want instead.
And then focus only on that. Focus on what you do want.
