Some days are harder than others. Some days are downright, horrible.
But it’s worth remembering that you’ve managed to survive even your worst days.
If you are reading this, then you’ve made it through.
So, if today doesn’t end up being great, just keep in mind that you’ve already had bad days, possibly even worse days than this before, and you got yourself through them.
You’re a survivor. Remember that, and know that better days will come again.
