When you feel judged, it’s best to remember that your feelings come from your thoughts.
The judgement you’re feeling is coming from your own perspective. That feeling of being judged is coming directly from yourself.
That realization is empowering, because it reveals that you are in charge of your perceptions. Your perceptions are what dictate your experiences. So, if you find yourself in an experience where you feel judged, realize that you are the one who is judging. And so, you can be the one to end it.
Rather than judging yourself, start believing in your ability for greatness.
