Everything you could possibly need to thrive in this moment is available to you right now, in this moment. Nothing more, nothing less. If you didn’t have everything you needed for this moment, you would cease to exist in it.
It seems to me that until you do cease to exist, the only thing you need to do is to embrace each moment, and be grateful for it as it happens. Then simply continue doing this as each one passes into the next.
And that’s how to fully live the moments of your life.
