It’s so easy to get wrapped up in the petty inconveniences of life. But then out of nowhere, the earth can shake from underneath, and rattle you out of bed at 4 am, just to remind you that you don’t have as much control over your life as you think you do.
Major life-altering catastrophes can happen at any moment, they don’t ask for an appointment ahead of time.
The bottom line is, we should enjoy our life, and cherish any peace and calm we are blessed with while the ground still stays steady and the skies stay clear, because there’s no guarantee that they’ll always remain that way.
