They’re someone who agrees and blindly supports the opinions ideas and actions of some type of “leader.”
That kind of blind allegiance is not only foolish, it’s dangerous.
It’s why they exaggerate how evil imperialism is in fiction. You were either a yes man to Darth Vader or you found yourself suspended in air suffering a fatal choke-hold.
Darth Vader isn’t real, but there are evil wannabe leaders out there, desperate for yes men to blindly eat up anything they spew.
Critical thinking is critically needed in this current era, not “yes men” who sheepishly fall in line.
