Worry

They say that worrying just makes you suffer twice.

They also say that most of the things you worry about don’t even end up happening.

So, in that case you’re simply making yourself suffer needlessly.

At any rate, worrying is being cruel to yourself.

It also means that you’re stuck up in your head playing out a nightmare future, rather than being present, and enjoying what’s in front of you.

Worry is no good.

It would be wise to cut that out.
