Each and every moment of your life, you’re presented with a choice on how to act.

You may not think you have a choice when you’re constantly reacting, but that is still a choice.

You get to choose whether to act rude or kind.

You get to choose whether to be loving or cold.

You get to choose whether to be thoughtful or ignorant.

The choice is always yours. So, choose.
