We all love a green light, as it means we get to go.
And, it’s pretty clear that when a red light shines, it means to stop even when we’d rather not.
But, the yellow light seems to confuse most.
And, that makes total sense in today’s society.
The yellow light means you should slow down. It means you should proceed with caution, and get ready to stop as the right of way is about to change in the others’ favor.
People don’t seem to slow down anymore. Looking out for others tends to be viewed with disdain.
Yet, that yellow light is still a part of the whole deal.
Maybe we should slow down some, and give courtesy a bit more attention.
