Just be an honest person.

Live with integrity.

Be kind as much as you can.

And when you find yourself not being kind, apologize, own up to it, and work to do better.

Don’t get hung up on wondering if you’re deserving or not.

If you are kind and live with integrity, then you are doing the best anyone can absolutely do.

That is deserving of high regard, indeed.
