One thing is for sure: a good night’s sleep can help to pull you away from a bad day, and give you a new start upon awakening.

Sleep helps to quiet your overworking conscious mind, and allows your subconscious a chance to do it’s thing, for your mind and that body that you may have been stressing out.

Sleep is absolutely restorative.

You just have to get out of your own way sometimes, and let it happen.
