Oftentimes the only way to get through something is to take it moment by moment.
This is pretty easy advice to follow, really.
Because, actually, we can only take it moment by moment.
We may want to try to rush the moments somehow, but they still only move along one by one.
Rushing doesn’t help anyway.
If you’re trying to avoid a painful experience, then closely focusing on the present moment by moment progression can be a great help.
