Life only moves forward, but sometimes we can stay mentally and emotionally stuck.
We can feel paralyzed with fear about how to move on when we’ve already experienced such intense pain.
But holding back and staying stuck is what’s continuing the pain.
That resistance is likely much more painful than the actual event even was.
Life moves forward and so should you.
Keep going. Keep moving forward.
It’s the only way to get past your past, because forward literally is the only way.
