Gratitude

The best way to get out of a dark, funky mood, is to deliberately focus on gratitude.

Start listing things that you are grateful for. It can be as seemingly simple as being grateful for the chair you’re sitting in, or even for the socks on your feet.

You can really get into it when you start discovering the countless blessings all around you, that you can be grateful for. The best part of it all is, this completely alters your dark, funky mood into a bright, joyful one.

Practicing gratitude is a powerful exercise that is also incredibly accessible to anyone, anytime.
