Check in with the people you care about, and make a point to visit with each other.
Social media is great, but it can deceive us into thinking we are actually checking in with each other, when really we’re just following a curated narrative.
So, if they are really important to you, check in with them regularly, and keep the connection going.
You never know how long you’ll have to do that. One day the only thing left will be those pictures and posts.
