Movement is what you need. Action will help get you to the answers you are seeking, much more effectively than just sitting around pondering the questions.
Taking time to sit and think can be calming, but it doesn’t bring as much clarity as actually moving into action does. When we sit around and try to think our way towards solutions, we usually just end up thinking ourselves into circles, right back to the problem.
Einstein famously said: “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
So then, the best thing you can do, is to get up and get moving. It will get your creative juices flowing, and certainly bring you to fresh, new ideas. Ideas that will most likely be the very solutions you were hoping for.
