Speak up now. Take action today. Be prepared to have this be the last day you are remembered by, because tomorrow is not guaranteed.
Love those around you. Forgive easily. Laugh and smile sincerely. Not because it puts others at ease, but because it makes life feel so much brighter for you, and because it could be the last day you get to do it.
Choose your battles wisely. Check off your to-do list early, or give it up if it’s more of a hindrance than help. Breathe deeply. Take a walk. Move your body. Feel that amazing sense of gratitude for every little thing you can think of.
Live each day as if it is your last, because one of these days it will be. In the meantime you’ll be having some pretty epic days in the lead up.
