Death is shocking, and tragic, and inevitable. It doesn’t ever seem to come at the right time to those left behind, always leaving us feeling unprepared. And yet, we know that it will come to each one of us eventually.
Knowing this shouldn’t make us callous to the shock of death. It can’t even do that if we want it to. But, knowing that death will eventually come to us, and to everyone we know and love, can help us appreciate the time we still have together.
Until death comes, let’s make the most out of living.
