Upgrades

Since you can’t return your life, why not think of just adding a few upgrades when you want it to improve?

Drink more water, add in more exercise, eat less sugar and more veggies.

No need to do a complete overhaul and certainly not all at once.

But if you can work to add these upgrades to your habits even one percent better each day, those days will add up to a new and improved you.
