If you don’t respect yourself, you will not get it from anyone else.

First of all, you wouldn’t accept it even if someone tried to give it, because you don’t respect yourself.

And not having self-respect broadcasts a message that it’s fine if you’re disrespected.

It all starts with you, and how you treat yourself.
