Judging

Judging someone else is more about you in the end than it is about them.

You’re judging them as compared to your own self-judgment and how it aligns.

You’re judging them as a way to distract yourself from your negative thoughts about yourself.

Or you’re judging them based on how you think others will judge them, so you want to be sure you’re in the right camp.

Basically, it’s all about you and the running drama going on inside your mind.

Whoever you’re judging is just really a point of focus for that drama.

It all stems from you, and it all goes back to you.
