Stress is a killer.

You could eat the most healthy nutritious diet.

You could hydrate perfectly.

You could exercise, even stretch regularly, but if you don’t have your stress levels in check, all those other things will only stave off an inevitably bitter end.

Life brings stress, but you don’t have to keep it.

Learn to drop it as soon as possible.

Or else you might drop yourself, sooner than you’d like.
