There’s so much noise in the world. It makes it a challenge to focus.
All of that noise easily seeps in, and fills your head.
You do yourself no favors by combating the noise with simply more distracting noise on your phone, in your headphones and on the TV.
The answer to all of this distracting noise is not to distract yourself with even more.
That could be why you’re tired. That could be why you’re anxious. That could be why you’re cranky.
The noise is not going anywhere.
It’s up to you to learn how to tune it out.
The best way to do that is through meditation and mindfulness.
It’s like weight training for your mind.
