For the most part, charisma is something developed, not innate.

You have to put yourself out there, and work at it, in order to exude effective charisma.

And, it can’t be created in a vacuum.

In order to develop charisma, you need to practice it with other people.

Charisma is much more about what you do for them, than it is for you.
