Until you decide to stop complaining, any chance at lasting peace and happiness in your life will be delayed.
It doesn’t matter if you meditate, or journal, or practice gratitude, if you finish them up with complaints, then all you’re doing is playing with your happiness like a yo-yo, perpetually bouncing up and down.
Stop playing with your happiness like it’s a toy yo-yo. If you really want it, then you can’t negate it.
