Youth is inexplicably overvalued as a prized commodity.
It’s even more foolish to rank than outward beauty is. At least beauty can be artificially sustained for a small bit of time past it’s natural expiration date.
But, time relentlessly marches on.
And youth goes with it in the blink of an eye.
Anyone silly enough to think their power lies in the fact that they’re young is merely a victim of one of the many pitfalls that come with youth: ignorance.
Honor your elders.
Or at least don’t be stupid enough to be ageist.
Because you’ll be old to someone younger than you in no time at all.
