A simple yet important piece of advice in preparing for an interview…

Always, always remember that it goes both ways.

You may be trying hard to present yourself as the ideal candidate for the company or school you’re inerviewing for, but make sure that you pay equal attention to what they’re offering.

You matter.

And, they need to be the right fit as well.
