Just Breathe

Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself, is to just breathe.

Just stop worrying about how to handle everything else, and simply focus on breathing.

It will calm you down, and stop any kind of thought spiral you may be spinning down.

Also, you might have stopped breathing properly in your fit.

So, it will help you to calm down and also feel a whole lot better, if you just simply breathe.
