When it feels like you just don’t have the strength to go on, remember that a grand act of strength isn’t what will get you there, but perseverance will.
Perseverance can be quiet and as slow as you need it to be, just as long as you don’t give up.
Persevere, taking it bit by bit, minute by minute, even second by second… but keep going. It doesn’t take big flashy demonstrations of strength.
The only way to get there is to persevere until you do.
