Joy comes from choosing to be joyful. It doesn’t just happen to you.
You choose joy, and then continue to choose joy, and you’ll be joyful. It doesn’t need any outside circumstance to happen, it just needs you to choose it.
And once you make choosing joy a habit, you’ll end up in a life filled with the sparkle of joyfulness.
