Whether it’s a party, a spin class, or your job, you’ll either have a great time, or be miserable all because of your attitude, rather than the situation.

It’s your life. You have the choice to enjoy it and see the value in each experience, or you can prove to yourself it’s as bad as you thought it would be.

Attitude is everything.
