Honesty is so important, but not all honesty is needed. If it’s cruel and used as a blunt-force weapon, then what good is it?

What’s needed much more than brutal honesty is pure sincerity.

Sincerity is simply meaning what you say and saying what you mean.

The thing about sincerity is that you don’t need to say everything you think, but rather just to mean everything you say.

Brutal honesty is just that, it’s brutal.

Sincerity is dignified and always brings value.
