Whenever I’m feeling overwhelmed or even just down, I’ve found that a great way to switch my mood is to make sure my environment gets tidied up and organized.
I believe that our environments match our state of mind.
So, when my personal environment is messy, my inner world is most likely messy as well.
Keeping organized helps me feel calm and clear.
Try it out for yourself, and tidy up. See if it doesn’t lift your spirits.
At the very least, you’ll have a clean, organized place.
