Are you spending your time and energy needlessly, or are you investing them?

When you invest in something, you do so in exchange for value and a profit. Spending simply expends your assets.

Your time and energy are finite and precious. Choose to invest them in quality endeavors, like knowledge, skills, and mostly in valued relationships.

You can spend your time on social media, TV or video games, but ultimately that spending is wasteful.

Instead, you can choose to invest that time on podcasts, tutorials and quality time with loved ones, looking at each other rather than your phones.

Your time and energy are yours to use. Be smart, and choose to invest them for value, rather than spending them on junk.
