It’s wise when taking on life-goal types of things, to just focus on one day at a time.
But, the key is to keep at it, day by day.
Progress is greatly supported through momentum.
Momentum leads to more momentum. Once you stop it, you have to start all over.
Of course, that’s not the end of the world, and all you have to concern yourself with, is one day at a time. But, with a momentum of consistently staying on track with whatever goal you give yourself, that day by day by day process will lead you to incredible results.
