If you put all of your hope of happiness on reaching a certain destination, then you’re discounting any and all happiness you can have all along the journey. And that’s where all of the happiness can be found.
It’s all about the journey. The journey is your life.
There’s no set destination anyway. It’s forever changing.
Placing your hope of happiness on the destination is misguided, and only sets yourself up for disappointment.
Destination Happiness is a trap because it doesn’t even exist.
