We have a natural sense of well being. Our bodies are meant to heal and regenerate, they just already know how to do it. And we just need to stay out of the way.
Better yet, we just need to go easy with life, and drop resistance. Without holding on to resistance, we glide naturally back into alignment with a perfect sense of well being.
This all sounds very simple, because it is. It’s just not so easy to do.
We’ve been conditioned to believe that it’s normal to resist anything and everything, from our fluctuating emotions, to the opinions of all the other people in our life.
This constant resistance is what knocks us out of alignment with our own well being.
So, we have this persistent habit of resistance. Well, we just simply need to cultivate a stronger habit of relaxing. The quicker we can relax from resistance, the quicker we can get back into alignment with joy and well being.
