Better

The goal should be progress, not perfection.

“Perfect” doesn’t even exist. But progress certainly does.

You can approach each new day as a chance to improve your health a bit more, strengthen your physical fitness, and deepen your emotional intelligence.

I love the mantra that was originally coined by French psychologist, Emile Coue: Every Day, in Every Way, I’m Getting Better and Better.

“Better” is a wonderful goal to shoot for. Choose to be better today than you were yesterday.

Fill your life with days getting better and better, and you’ll enjoy a Wonderful Life.
